WE’re JAmey and Arden

Meet Jamey

Jamey got his start at just 12 years old, when he ventured down the road to a neighbor’s farm looking for weekend work. What began as a way to earn spending money quickly grew into a lifelong passion for working with the land. With more than 15 years of experience operating heavy equipment and over 20 years of experience in agriculture, Jamey combines precision earthwork with a deep understanding of the local landscape and ecosystem to deliver results we’re proud of. He’s managed large excavation sites up and down the east coast, but believes that no project is too small.

Jamey is the go-to guy for turning clients’ ideas into a comprehensive vision, then delivering those results. You might catch him hopping out of his machine to save a toad or refusing to cut down a tree because it has a bird’s nest in it. He is constantly trying to learn more about nature’s interconnectedness, including soil, water, vegetation, wildlife, and human use, to deliver finished jobs that prioritize long-term property health.

Meet Arden

While Arden has no formal background in excavation nor agriculture, she shares Jamey’s zest for nature. Arden manages the administrative side of Aligned Land Management, bringing her knowledge of small business operations and communications to offer streamlined client services. Arden works full time as a speech-language pathologist and partner at Circles of Communication, a Stockton-based private practice offering integrative therapy services, education, and wellness programs for all ages and abilities. She enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and camping with Jamey and their two cats, Fern and Velma.
